S2 EP 10. Raj Jana: Navigating The Complexities Of Love

September 2023 felt like a final exam to help me really anchor in the principles that I’ve been working to integrate and embody over the last year. I do not say this lightly when I say that this month was one of the most powerful months of transformation I have experienced.

It was a month that included putting myself in situations that had a lot of emotional volatility, which served as an entry point for me to access a spiritual depth that I didn’t know I had access to. Ultimately, this month played a crucial role in helping me shape my definition of what “God” is and what it FEELS like in my body to live in the frequency of divine love as I understand it.

A few topics we discuss:

  • Discovering the many frequencies of love
  • Letting go of needing a particular outcome
  • Redefining masculinity based on inner truth
  • Trusting uncertainty as a teacher on the path
  • Finding freedom through feeling everything fully
  • Expanding capacity for love through vulnerable experiences
  • Integrating breakthroughs through spiritual practice
  • And so much more…

This episode is filled with practical tools to help you navigate the complex world of interpersonal relationships and spiritual growth with as much ease and grace as you can. Sending all of my love.

-Raj

S2 EP6. Raj Jana: The Art Of Letting Go

The Art Of Letting Go

August 2023 marks a powerful milestone for me completing my 100 Days of Raj challenge – where I practiced choosing myself and prioritizing my wellbeing, fully and relentlessly, before prioritizing the needs of anything or anyone else outside of me for 100 days (Here’s the episode where I talk about starting the challenge).

What’s resulted is a new way of BEING that is anchored into the sacred geometry of who I am at my core. It’s led to incredible new opportunities, relationships, and experiences that were deeply nourishing to my mind, body, and soul. I have gotten so much better at letting go of my attachments and am accessing infinite levels of flow, ease, and inspiration as a result. I can’t wait to share my biggest takeaways with you.

A few topics we discuss:

  • How to anchor into the TRUE frequency of you
  • Using faith and prayer to BECOME grounded
  • Aligning your sacred geometry to the universal geometry
  • Access higher states of consciousness through contrast
  • The power of saying no to what you don’t want
  • Liberating yourself from limiting beliefs and stories
  • Accessing infinite levels of flow by playing the infinite game
  • Building the skill set of “repair” in relationships
  • Powerful lessons from 100 days of choosing myself

This month’s reflection highlights the incredible experience of LIFE that is possible when you commit to consistently doing your inner work. I hope the episode inspires you to continue looking within, especially when it’s difficult to do so,  and commit to your own path of liberation.

S2 EP 4. Dr. Dan Stickler: Living A Life of Excellence

In this week’s episode of Stay Grounded, host Raj Jana is joined by Dr. Dan Stickler, Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of The Apeiron Center for Human Potential.

Dr. Dan is a pioneer in the field of precision lifestyle medicine, taking a holistic systems-based approach to optimizing human health and performance. As a physician focused on high-achieving executives and entrepreneurs, he combines functional, alternative, and age-management medicine to help patients actualize their fullest potential physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Dr. Dan discovered that lifestyle – not just treating symptoms – holds the key to transformation. His fascination with leveraging genetics, epigenetics, and human systems design led him to develop a personalized approach that empowers people to become architects of their own evolution.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Dan is an author, speaker, and thought leader on topics related to human optimization and longevity. He serves as Chief Science Officer for Apeiron Academy, Medical Director at Neurohacker Collective, and guest lecturer at Stanford University.

In this wide-ranging discussion, Dr. Dan and Raj explore:

  • Navigating the stages of consciousness and integrating new awareness
  • Cultivating curiosity as an antidote to self-consciousness
  • Facing down shame stories and integrating shadow aspects of self
  • The role of spiritual awakening in relationships and community
  • Moving from a deficiency mindset to one of abundance
  • Surrendering the ego to feel emotions fully and authentically
  • How he stays grounded through emotional intelligence and presence

S2 EP 3. Andrew Horn: How to Overcome Your Shame Stories

This week’s episode is with my brother Andrew Horn.

Andrew is the founder of Tribute, which the New Yorker recently called “Hallmark 2.0.” Tribute makes it easy to create group video montages and send 1-on-1 video greetings and gifts to the people you love. Since starting, Tribute has sent over 5 million video montages to people.

In addition to Tribute, Andrew is the founder of Junto – a non-profit organization that is committed to the exploration of modern masculinity and personal transformation. The organization hosts men’s wilderness retreats and virtual masterminds across the United States.

Through his various ventures, Andrew has dedicated his life to helping others foster genuine self-trust, authenticity, and vulnerability. He is passionate about helping others build nourishing relationships from a place of self-awareness and empowerment.

I cannot think of someone more qualified than Andrew when it comes to teaching how to successfully create meaningful relationships. Here are a few topics we cover:

  • Developing an “autotelic” personality to cultivate more flow in your life.
  • Practical tips to ease social anxiety.
  • How to ask great questions and shift self-consciousness when you’re in conversation with others

I hope this conversation serves as a helpful resource for you to improve the quality and depth of your interpersonal relationships.

S2 EP 2. Raj Jana: Trusting The Universal Timeline

To mark the first official full-length episode of Stay Grounded Season 2, I’m bringing you my reflection for July – a super vulnerable month of closures, deep questions, and surrendering to forces beyond my control, which challenged my ego in every way.

Tune in now and hear Georgina and I explore:

  • What shifts when you choose to feel the things you’re most afraid of?
  • Taking the medicine of surrender.
  • Making the decision to close my coffee club.
  • The power of accessing future versions of myself in the quantum.
  • Exploring the cycles of death and rebirth.
  • The interaction of soul, ego, and universal timelines.
  • Daring to dream and asking the universe for what you want.
  • The work of evolving as a soul.
  • Working through my core wound with Liber8’s processes.
  • And more…

As I continue along my awakening path, I’m more and more clear that we evolve in a spiral. This is why we often feel a hint of familiarity when facing challenges and growth opportunities. Same core wound, but a different perspective and entry point. A test from life. Have you really learned the lesson, or is there something deeper to excavate and resolve? Such is the curriculum of the soul.

The soul is endless and moves on an infinite timeline. Yes, the ego can get frustrated, scared, or shamed when it feels it should be someone else, doing something else. But the soul knows better. The soul knows that parts of it must die before new versions can be born. The soul knows that surrendering to what wants to happen is the most effective medicine for the nervous system. The soul knows the truth. The question is, can we hold true to what’s real, authentic, and aligned – especially in the face of challenge?

July gave me a ton of opportunities to help integrate these principles and deep concepts, and I’m excited to share it all with you when you tune in.

S2 EP 1. Raj Jana: Welcome to Season 2 of Stay Grounded

After almost five years of podcasting and nearly 300 episodes recorded, I am excited to announce…

Season 2 of Stay Grounded!

It’s been over 5 years since I launched Stay Grounded. The show started out as a tagline for my first company, JavaPresse, with the intention to inspire you to infuse more passion and fulfillment into your daily life.

As beautiful of an intention that is, I have had a hard time sticking to it. As I evolved over the years, so did the show. The questions I asked shifted as I navigated incredible highs and debilitating lows. Through business failures and breakups. Through peak experiences and adventures. Through profound transformations and evolutions.

Who I am is not the same young man that began down this path. As I was reflecting on this, I realized I haven’t updated the branding, intro, outro, or feel of the podcast to align with who I am today and what I’m most passionate about stewarding into the world.

Hence, the revamp

Season 2 will have the same caliber of amazing guests, same depth, and the same Raj you’ve grown to know and love. But instead of just helping you STAY grounded throughout your day, we’ll be sharing perspectives to help you BECOME the most grounded, whole, liberated versions of yourself that you can possibly be.

Thank you all for being part of my journey. Thank you for giving me the gift of your attention. So excited to share what’s coming next.
