EP 264. Raj Jana – December Reflection: Accessing Infinite Wisdom Through Nature

December’s monthly reflection was such a gift to record.

In this episode, I share everything I’m learning from a month of living in Costa Rica and the efforts I’m taking to recalibrate my nervous system to a slower way of being, while leaning into indigenous spiritual practices to access the infinite wisdom that exists in each and every one of us.

It’s been one of the most profound months of learning, growth, and level ups. I’m so excited to hear your biggest takeaways.

EP 263. Dr. Amy Albright: Waking Up Your Spiritual Gifts

This episode is a re-release of our most downloaded episode from 2022, and one of the most instrumental people to enter my life – Dr Amy Albright.

I first met this episode’s guest at a dinner earlier in the year. We had an instant connection that led to us spending time on the podcast, in private coaching sessions, healing journeys, and beyond.

At the time I met Dr Amy, I was really curious about ways to connect deeper with my intuition. Little did I know the journey that yearning would take me down. This episode serves as an entry point for those on a similar path. For those who wish to turn up the dial to hear, sense, and feel their intuitive guidance in louder and more profound ways

Dr. Amy Albright is on a mission to advance humanity. She’s a top-tier executive coach, and strategic business advisor to high-level CEOs, leaders of multi-million & billion-dollar companies, and social changemakers. With over 20 years’ experience, Dr. Amy serves as the life-changing catalyst in her clients’ lives. Through her unorthodox methods, Dr. Amy guides her clients through extraordinary transformations using her cutting-edge blend of neuroscience, consciousness, personal development, and business success.

Here’s an overview of everything we explored:

  • Leaning into moments of truth.
  • Remembering and reconnecting with indigenous wisdom.
  • What is a spiritual gift?

EP 262. Steve Little: Stop Efforting, Start Listening

“This episode is a re-run of one of my favorite episodes from the year with my dear friend, mentor, and soul brother – Steve Little.”

As I get ready for my yearly reflection, I’ve been going back through old notes and episodes to revisit key principles that made the most profound shifts in the way I live my life. Steve’s perspectives on “efforting” led to some pretty important breakthroughs, hence it’s being shared again.

Steve is the CEO and managing partner of Zero Limits Ventures, a M&A advisory, investment banking, and consulting firm. Steve has been an entrepreneur for 45 years. He sold his first business when he was just 15 for $250k. Since then, Steve has architectured 6 nine-figure tech exits and led the M&A teams for 9 tech acquisitions.

What I love most about Steve is the way he integrates energetics into the way he operates in business. Steve reminded me that there are unconscious forces that create our reality every day. As you’ll hear in the episode, Steve takes ownership of his own energetic blueprint by continuously doing the inner work to clear his system of what’s no longer aligned.

Tune in now to hear Steve and I explore:

  • Steve’s story of supporting AIDS orphans in Africa.
  • Working with the foremost authority of the Hoʻoponopono ancient Hawaiian healing method.
  • Self-forgiveness.
  • Cleaning up what’s within you.
  • How to create your dream life on a piece of paper.
  • Finding the balance between leaning back & leaning in.
  • Why you need to continue to seek.
  • What Steve does when things aren’t working.
  • The Starbucks story of universal timing.
  • And more…

I love meeting people who are so bold about the role that spiritual conviction plays in creation. In this episode, Steve shares some of the practices that have allowed him to co-create with the universe along with stories that provide proof that the universe is always communicating with you.

EP 261: Victoria Rose: Enrolling Your Parents In Your Healing Journey

This episode is a conversation with Victoria Rose – a writer, teacher, and traditional birth witness, pre- and perinatal educator, and birth consultant.

Through her work, Victoria helps people access their birth memories, offering deep healing for individuals on the path to greater mental, emotional, and physical health.

Here’s a beautiful website excerpt highlighting her body of work.

“Memory may be more accurately defined as not what we remember but rather what we don’t remember. Woven into the fabric of our bodies are the records of our birth and pre-birth experiences. In order to access these living archives, we must step outside our cognitive thinking-brains and merely look to the present.”

Re-visiting our own birth, in-utero, conception, and pre-conception experiences will reveal the extent to which our physical health, mental and emotional patterns, professional limitations, and ways of being in relationship are directly informed by our earliest developmental experiences.”

What I loved most about our conversation was how Victoria inspired a beautiful opportunity to enroll my parents in my healing journey.

Over the past few months, I’ve had many conversations with my mom and dad – sometimes separately, sometimes together. I’m grateful that each has led to profound realizations and deep cathartic releases.

I believe our parents (whether we have physical access to them or not) play such a powerful role in our journeys to greater health.

I hope this conversation with Victoria inspires you to lean deeper into your upbringing with curiosity, compassion, and love.

EP 260. Raj Jana – November Reflection: The Freedom In Letting Things Go

This month was one of the more potent months of change, which as always, creates the most potent containers for reflection. I moved out of my home in San Diego and decided to move to Costa Rica with my beloved, got rid of 90% of my stuff, and embarked on a deep mental, emotional, and physical cleanse in preparation for an indigenous medicine ceremony in the jungles this month.

2023 has been a crazy year for me, and one of the things I love most about my monthly reflections is that you guys get to watch the journey unfold alongside me. I never really know what I’m going to talk about each month, as the lessons and perspectives are always inspired by what’s present in the conversation. In fact, recently, the reflection episodes have been as much for myself to process all of the change that’s been happening in my life as they are to share useful perspectives.

But with that said, I hope this episode finds you well. I hope it inspires the courage to follow your heart no matter where it takes you. I hope it inspires the courage to trust in forces unseen. I hope it inspires you to remember the home within yourself.
