Softening Into Adversity

When confronted with adversity, it is natural to tense up and resist what is happening.

But what if there’s a more intuitive approach to managing adverse life experiences that leaves you feeling emotionally resilient, connected to forces unseen, and held by the graceful hands of life?

Bailee Buckedorff’s life turned upside down when she lost her husband to suicide and was left to tend to her 3 young children on her own. Shortly afterwards, she “fell” into an opportunity to learn from and be held by Guru Singh, a celebrated 3rd generation yogi and master spiritual teacher. Fast forward 4 years, Bailee is now the founder of 13 Moons – an online community that showcases a library of Guru Signh’s teachings and provides tools like guided meditations and kundalini to help you stay grounded through a daily spiritual practice.

This podcast is the story of a woman who has allowed herself to be led by spirit through the darkest of times. She fell into entrepreneurship through seemingly divine orchestration, by listening to what wants to happen and acting in the direction of what she hears. We discuss the power of slowing down in times of adversity, using reflection as a tool for growth, and the power of operating in life through the lens of your unique design. Hope you guys enjoy it.
